The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
You may inspect and try on the product to the same extent as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
REFUNDS ✦
Following a valid withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method has been expressly agreed with you.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ✦

Claims concerning a lack of conformity of the product with the contract are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The seller is generally liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date the product was delivered.
Damage resulting solely from improper use, accidental damage caused by the customer, or use contrary to the product's intended purpose does not in itself constitute a lack of conformity.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights.
